    Human Resources Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Manager role based in Lagos.
    • The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations to support a high-performing clinical and administrative team.
    • The role includes developing and implementing HR policies, managing benefits and leave administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
    • The person in this role will handle day-to-day HR inquiries, coach managers on people-related issues, and promote a positive, inclusive, and safe work environment.
    • The Human Resources Manager will also support training and development initiatives, workforce planning, and culture-building activities aligned with the clinic’s mission and values.

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years HR experience, healthcare or premium services preferred
    • Experience with diaspora/international recruitment
    • Strong skills in HR operations and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Demonstrated ability in policy development, HR compliance, and knowledge of relevant labor and employment regulations.
    • Proficiency in HR documentation, reporting, and use of HR information systems or related digital tools.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and coaching skills to support team members at all levels.
    • Proven experience designing or supporting training, development, and engagement programs that foster an inclusive workplace.
    • Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a clinical setting.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
    • Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, preferably in healthcare, clinic, or service-oriented environments.
    • Comfort working on-site in Lagos and collaborating closely with clinical and aesthetic professionals in a patient-centered organization.
