    Account Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Account Officer will support the organization’s financial operations by ensuring accurate recording, reconciliation, and reporting financial transactions in line with internal controls and regulatory standards.
    • The role includes maintaining general ledger accounts, processing invoices and payments, preparing financial reports, monitoring receivables, supporting tax and statutory compliance activities, and ensuring proper documentation of financial records.
    • The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
    • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or ICAN is required.
    • 1–5 years relevant experience.
    • Experience within a microfinance bank or financial institution will be an added advantage.

    Head of Operation

    HR / Legal Officer

    Job Summary

    • The HR/Legal Officer will provide comprehensive human resources and legal support services to ensure compliance with statutory regulations, effective employee relations management, and efficient HR administration.
    • The role includes drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation, handling disciplinary and performance management processes, supporting recruitment and onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and providing legal advisory support to management.
    • The successful candidate will also coordinate meetings, manage documentation processes, ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws, and support day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • High level of integrity and attention to detail.

    Operations Officer
