    Real Estate Sales Executive

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling residential and/or commercial properties, guiding clients through the buying or selling process, and delivering exceptional service from initial contact to closing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
    • Meet with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
    • Schedule and conduct property viewings.
    • Present properties to potential buyers in a professional and persuasive manner.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
    • Provide guidance and support throughout the entire sales process, including paperwork and legal formalities.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competition.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
    • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, legal, finance) to ensure seamless transactions.
    • Stay compliant with local real estate laws and company policies.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
    • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
    • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.
    • A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Customer-focused mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor.
    • Knowledge of the local property market.
    • Experience using real estate listing platforms (e.g., MLS, Zillow, etc.).
