Responsibilities:

• Generating leads and closing sales for residential and commercial properties

• Marketing properties through various platforms and channels

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and industry professionals

• Assisting in the preparation of leasing agreements and other legal documents

• Conducting market research and keeping abreast of industry trends and developments

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the real estate industry

• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• Valid real estate license (preferred but not required)
