Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and qualified Investment Manager to join our real estate team. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, finance, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities in the real estate sector
• Conduct market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential investments
• Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers, investors, and other stakeholders
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and other materials to support investment decisions
• Work closely with the senior management team to develop and implement investment strategies
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g. RICS, CFA) preferred
• 5 years of experience in real estate investments, finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of real estate markets, trends, and regulations
• Excellent analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
