Quality Control Personnel at Esporta Suites Hotel and Resorts Ltd

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate service delivery, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction across all hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, etc.).
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with hotel standards, SOPs, and hygiene regulations.
• Oversee food quality control, ensuring meals meet safety standards, taste consistency, and presentation excellence.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and F&B teams to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene (HACCP principles).
• Handle guest feedback and complaints, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Identify areas for improvement and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.
• Train staff on quality standards, food safety, and best practices.
• Prepare reports and make recommendations to management for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Microbiology, or related field.
• 1-2 years experience in quality control or supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and quality standards is an advantage.
