Quality Control Officer at Bukka Hospitality Limited (Bukka Hut)

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, food items, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Monitor staff to ensure they follow approved recipes, procedures, and hygiene rules.
• Report any quality issues, hazards, or deviations immediately.
• Investigate customer complaints related to product quality and recommend solutions.
• Keep simple daily records of inspections, checks, and findings.
• Assist in training staff on quality, hygiene, and safety practices.
• Support management in enforcing quality and operational standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification with 1 - 2 years experience. 
• Basic knowledge of food safety and quality procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and communicate them clearly.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
