About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Supervisor to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Sagamu. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and contribute to the production of high-quality pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the QA team to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Conduct quality audits and inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Review and approve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), batch records, and validation protocols.
• Oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure timely reporting and resolution of quality incidents and deviations.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., NAFDAC, WHO, GMP).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and safety.
• Train and mentor QA officers and staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Participate in internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Experience in documentation review and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
