Responsibilities

• Foster and maintain relationships with food critics, bloggers, influencers, and local media outlets to increase the restaurant's visibility.
• Organize and manage press events, tastings, and media interactions to maximize exposure.
• Secure registrations across reputable vending and app platforms to amplify and sustain sales growth.
• Monitor media coverage and online reviews, providing timely responses and managing the restaurant's online reputation.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Handle crisis communications promptly and efficiently, preserving the restaurant's reputation.
• Oversee PR budgets and track expenditure to optimize resources effectively.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to drive innovative PR strategies.

Qualifications

• OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a PR Specialist.
• Must have experience in the hospitality industry.
• Preferably female for gender balance.
