Property Manager at a Reputable Company

Job Summary:

Experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our facility. A hands-on leader capable of managing all aspects of the physical building, supervising support staff, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires independent decision-making, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage vendor relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the building, including coordinating repairs, managing service providers, and ensuring all equipment (e.g., plumbing and electrical) is in excellent working condition.
• Directly supervise support staff, including cleaners, security personnel, and maintenance workers. This includes creating duty rosters, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure high standards of discipline and service delivery.
• Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and contractors for specialized services, negotiate contracts, and ensure all work is completed to specification and on budget.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols, conduct regular inspections, and ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and workplace regulations. Manage risk and maintain a secure environment.
• Manage office space allocations, maintain an inventory of facility-related supplies and equipment, and oversee procurement as needed.
• Assist in developing and managing the facility's operational budget, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
