    Program Manager, Connectivity Business Operations

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager, Connectivity Business Operations to oversee and coordinate our diverse business operations with a focus on connectivity solutions.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications, project management, and business strategy.
    • This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the successful execution of our strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Program Management: Lead and manage multiple connectivity projects across various teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
    • Operational Oversight: Oversee the fiber build-out for core and distribution networks, last-mile connectivity, FTTx, and Layer 2 services.
    • Connectivity Requirements: Ensure all connectivity solutions meet industry standards and customer requirements, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance.
    • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the fiber implementation team, NOC provisioning team, and commercial team to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
    • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with management stakeholders to drive network expansion, product development, and sales initiatives.
    • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project progress, operational performance, and key metrics to senior management.
    • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
    • Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 7 - 10 years relevant work experience.

    Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • In-depth understanding of connectivity solutions, including fiber optics, FTTx, and Layer 2 services.
    • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    • Operational efficiency and effectiveness.
