Client Relationship Officer at Critters Veterinary Centre

Job Summary: 

The employee will foster, maintain and build a lasting relationship with clients by providing efficient support to client on services and products. 

Job Description:

• Detailed client engagement, support and education on products and services clients. 
• Accurate client documentation and scheduling of appointments. 
• Client billing, payment processing and clerking. 
• Redirecting clients request to departments and ensuring client satisfaction. 
• Submitting daily POS transaction slips to accounts.  

Job Specification: 

• Graduate from any Social Sciences or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. 
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral). 
• Exceptional social skills. 
• Adequate knowledge of Microsoft package. 
• Problem solving skills. 
• Must be comfortable with animals.

Monthly Net Salary: NGN220,000 - NGN250,000
