    Role Overview

    We are seeking a seasoned Head of Projects to lead construction, installation, technical sanitation, and infrastructure projects across our operations. The role oversees engineering execution, facility maintenance, and project delivery, ensuring all projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while supporting operational efficiency.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and deliver construction, installation, and infrastructure projects
    • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities
    • Manage technical sanitation and operations-related engineering projects
    • Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource schedules
    • Coordinate contractors, vendors, engineers, and regulatory bodies
    • Drive energy efficiency initiatives and automation improvements
    • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and engineering standards
    • Provide regular project updates, KPIs, and cost analysis reports

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Agricultural Engineering, or related field
    • Master’s degree in Project Management or Engineering is an advantage
    • Professional certification (PMP, COREN, or equivalent) is highly desirable
    • Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in engineering and project management
    • Proven experience managing construction, infrastructure, and operations projects
    • Strong leadership, budgeting, contractor management, and risk management skills
