    Product Owner

    Position Overview:

    • We seek an experienced and dynamic Product Owner to drive the successful implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of our HR Products. This role requires a professional with strong HRIS and Core HR expertise, product management skills, and the ability to present and engage with stakeholders at various levels. The ideal candidate will oversee HCM solution implementation, customer success management, product development, and pre-sales activities to ensure business growth and client satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback reviews to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
    • Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and industry trends.
    • Translate business requirements into user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications for development teams.
    • Work cross-functionally with engineering, business, marketing, and customer support teams to align product goals and execution strategies.
    • Oversee sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
    • Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, data migration, reconciliation, integration testing, and UAT.
    • Act as the primary liaison for post-implementation support, ensuring client satisfaction, system adoption, and ongoing optimization.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI teams to refine features, enhance user experience, and implement human-centered design principles.
    • Ensure SoftSUITE evolves with emerging HR technology trends, SaaS advancements, and industry regulations.
    • Partner with sales teams to position SoftSUITE effectively, conduct product demos, and assist with RFPs and client proposals.
    • Support product visibility through digital marketing, webinars, thought leadership, and engagement with industry communities.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, product management, or related roles.
    • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional teams.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
    • Proficiency in using HCM software, data analytics tools, and project management platforms.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
    • Experience with cloud-based HR solutions, SaaS models, and software development lifecycles.
    • Professional certifications such as PMP, SHRM-SCP, Agile/Scrum, or OEM-specific certifications are a plus.
