Job Summary

We\'re looking for a Digital Media Manager to drive our client’s online presence. You will manage the company’s social media, content, digital campaigns, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage company’s social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp Business
• ⁠Create and post engaging content showcasing the company’s products and brand
• ⁠Plan and execute digital campaigns and run ads to boost brand visibility
• ⁠Track and report on digital performance
• ⁠Manage the creation of eye-catching graphics for social media, ads, and marketing 
• Work with the team to create brand-consistent visuals and content 
• ⁠Shoot and edit videos and pictures for promotional content and advertisements

Skills & Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.
• ⁠Minimum of 3-4 years relevant experience
• ⁠Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp Business)
• ⁠Experience managing paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Max campaigns)
• ⁠Ability to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions
• ⁠Knowledge of content strategy, social media analytics, and performance tracking
• ⁠Experience with e-commerce marketing and driving online sales
• ⁠Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, and influencer collaborations
• ⁠Ability to coordinate with design, content, and marketing teams
• ⁠Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify dashboards
• ⁠Ability to spearhead social media creatives and marketing strategies 
• ⁠Experience with e-commerce product creatives and promotional campaigns
• ⁠Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• ⁠Attention to detail and accuracy
• ⁠Good communication and organizational skills
• ⁠Close proximity to Marina, Lagos is an advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

• ⁠At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• ⁠Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• ⁠Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or video editing tools
• ⁠Ability to design social media creatives, flyers, banners, and marketing materials
• ⁠Good understanding of branding, typography, and color theory
• ⁠Experience with e-commerce product creatives and promotional campaigns
• ⁠Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
