The Product Manager oversee the development, production, and marketing of the company’s product, or products, at all stages of the product lifecycle. He/she conduct market research, generate product requirements, and create marketing strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research, generate product requirements, and create marketing strategies. Translate business strategy into product strategy
Own the product roadmap and execute product strategy
Drive action throughout the organization to get products to market
Plan and carry out product launches
Manage product profitability and commercial success
Provide insight to stakeholders on the product and market
Provide product marketing with insights on key differentiators and messages
Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues

Strong analytical skills to understand market trends, customer needs, and business strategy, as well as to evaluate and improve product performance.
Excellent problem-solving skills to identify product issues and implement effective solutions.
Exceptional communication skills to articulate product strategy, features, and benefits to various stakeholders including team members, senior management, and customers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a first degree (BSc) in Business Administration or Marketing or any related discipline.
Other Product Management certifications will be an added advantage
EXPERIENCE:
Must have minimum of 8 years post NYSC work experience with 2 years in senior management level in Product development role in a digital company.
