The OIM is in overall charge of and is accountable and responsible for the safety of all persons on-board, equipment and rig and all activities conducted. The OIM has total jurisdiction and authority over rig management including but not limited to safety, operations, personnel, training, regulatory compliance, budget management and environmental compliance.

Qualifications and experience.
The Offshore Installation Manager shall have a minimum, a High School or similar education with a minimum of 10 years oilfield experience. Specifically, we require individuals who have 5 years of experience in the role of Offshore Installation Manager onboard an offshore installation. Candidates must hold their Offshore Survival (OPITO BOSIET/FOET), Offshore Medical (OEUK) and IWCF / IADC Well Control Level 4.
