Edo is an inland state in western Nigeria. Its capital is Benin City. It is bounded in the north and east by Kogi State, in the south by Delta State and in the west by Ondo State.

Requirements
- Ordinary National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Business Studies / Administration or Public Administration from a recognized Institution with a minimum of 11 years OR 6 years respectively post-qualification cognate experience.
- Candidates must also have completed the mandatory NYSC Program and be computer literate, with good interpersonal/leadership skills and can work effectively in teams.
