Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Loan Officers.
• Drive loan portfolio growth while maintaining excellent portfolio quality.
• Set and monitor individual and team lending, recovery, and customer acquisition targets.
• Review loan applications and provide guidance on credit assessment and loan structuring.
• Monitor Portfolio at Risk (PAR), delinquency, arrears, and repayment performance.
• Support effective recovery and collections strategies for overdue loans.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and identify potential credit risks early.
