Technical/Leadership Skills

• Experience in Data Analytics, Data Mining, Data Manipulation and Data Visualization Using Key Data Mining/Manipulation/Visualization Tools
• Stake Holder Management
• Experience in Information Management.
• Excellent administrative and analytical skills including intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communicator (both written and oral), self-directed and highly motivated requiring minimal direct guidance.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a high paced environment.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Support Activity owners, Functional and asset planners to load the prepared information and Data in into Primavera (IAP management system) – Medium Term Plan
• Accountable for QA/QC of all the data required for performance evaluation and Integrated activity planning.
• Liaise with Primavera Central System Team for resolution of issues
• Carry out general/specific Primavera (P6) training /support to Functional and Asset Planners.
• Collect, analyze, interpret, and summarize data in preparation for the generation of statistical and analytical reports
• Monthly Layouts updates in Primavera (P6) to effect changes to Activity Readiness Criteria (ARCs)
• Support teams in developing ST/MT plans & resource mobilization plans.

 Work Cycle

• The work location is office based.
• Personnel shall follow company guidelines for absence and office attendance
