Job Summary:

• Responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining all plumbing systems across the property to ensure smooth water flow, drainage, and overall functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair pipes, water lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
• ⁠Diagnose plumbing faults (leaks, blockages, pressure issues) and fix them promptly.
• ⁠Maintain and repair pumps, valves, heaters, and related equipment.
• ⁠Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• ⁠Ensure plumbing work meets safety and building standards.
• ⁠Respond to emergencies and maintenance requests quickly.
• ⁠Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
• ⁠Good troubleshooting and technical skills.
• ⁠Ability to read basic technical drawings.
• ⁠Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• ⁠Good communication and teamwork skills.
