Technical Sales Executive at Toptech Engineering Limited

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and related technical services.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships. 
• Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure timely service execution.
• Manage work orders, service reports, and maintenance documentation.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Collaborate with operations teams to meet client expectations and contractual obligations.

Requirements:

• HND/bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related technical field. 
• Experience in technical sales, maintenance services, facilities management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including generators, HVAC, and power systems.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
