Job Summary:

• The AC Technician will handle the installation, servicing, and repair of air-conditioning systems across the facility. The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting faults, and ensuring all cooling units operate efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, service, and repair split units, package units, and central AC systems.
• ⁠Diagnose AC faults (gas leaks, wiring issues, compressor problems, etc.) and fix them promptly.
• ⁠Carry out routine maintenance: cleaning filters, checking gas levels, and inspecting components.
• ⁠Repair or replace faulty parts such as compressors, fans, motors, and thermostats.
• ⁠Ensure all AC systems meet safety, performance, and manufacturer standards.
• ⁠Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• ⁠Keep records of work done and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an AC Technician.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of AC systems, components, and troubleshooting methods.
• ⁠Ability to work with electrical wiring and HVAC tools safely.
• ⁠Good problem-solving and technical skills.
• ⁠Physical strength and ability to work at heights when needed.
• ⁠Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support mechanical design reviews and project planning
• ⁠Oversee the installation of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing lines, pumps, water systems, fire safety systems, etc.)
• ⁠Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with standards and project specifications
• ⁠Conduct routine checks to confirm proper functioning of mechanical components
• ⁠Identify and resolve mechanical and site-related issues promptly
• ⁠Collaborate with civil engineers, site supervisors, and contractors
• ⁠Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate technical documentation
• ⁠Ensure safety procedures are followed on-site

Requirements:

• BSc/HND in Mechanical Engineering
• ⁠2–4 years experience in construction, real estate, or project engineering
• ⁠Strong understanding of building mechanical systems and installation processes
• ⁠Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• ⁠Good communication, coordination, and reporting abilities
• ⁠Candidates living within the Lekki–Ajah axis are strongly preferred

• ⁠Maintain and repair pumps, valves, heaters, and related equipment.
• ⁠Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• ⁠Ensure plumbing work meets safety and building standards.
• ⁠Respond to emergencies and maintenance requests quickly.
• ⁠Keep accurate records of completed work and materials used.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a plumber.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
• ⁠Good troubleshooting and technical skills.
• ⁠Ability to read basic technical drawings.
• ⁠Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• ⁠Good communication and teamwork skills.
