    Pharmacist.

    Job Duties/ Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:

    Providing support assistance in the following duties:

    • Supervise procurement, manage supply chains and dispensation of high-quality medications to patients located across the country.
    • Measure, monitor, and improve metrics related to pharmacy program efficiency and patient satisfaction.
    • Review prescriptions for accuracy and legality.
    • Analyze pharmacy performance data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain records for tracking key pharmacy metrics.
    • Provide training and guidance to other healthcare staff on pharmacy procedures and best practices.
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient experience and medication management.
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
    • Maintain records of patients\' medication histories
    • Implement and evaluate strategies to optimize pharmacy operations.
    • Ensuring the HMO acts in compliance to NHIA stipulations.
    • Educate patients about drug interactions and side effects where appropriate.
    • Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
    • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head, Medical operations.

    REQUIREMENTS•  

    • Minimum of B. Pharm Degree from an accredited institution.
    • Preferably with at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in HMO is a must. 
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications including outlook is required. 
    • Confident and enthusiastic. 
    • Numerical proficiency is required.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required 
    • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills 
    • Proficiency in data collection, analysis and review is necessary.
