The Personal Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, providing personalized financial advice, assisting clients with their banking needs, and identifying opportunities to improve client satisfaction and business growth.
Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, addressing their inquiries, processing transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent customer service and client relationship management abilities
Financial advising and banking services expertise
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Proficiency in relevant banking software and tools.
