We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant to provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director.
The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth execution of business and personal activities with a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare reports, presentations, emails, and other correspondence.
Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain organized records, contracts, and confidential documents.
Conduct research and provide administrative support.
Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Handle personal errands and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
