Personal Assistant (Hair & Beauty Industry) at Rexobe Consult

Job Summary 

• We are seeking a reliable, creative, and highly organized Personal Assistant / Videographer to support daily administrative tasks while also handling video content creation for a fast-paced Hair & Beauty business. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and skilled in capturing and editing engaging visual content for brand promotion.

Responsibilities
Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage schedules, appointments, and reminders
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
• Handle calls, messages, and correspondence professionally
• Assist with record keeping, documentation, and basic reporting
• Run errands and support management as required

Videography & Content Duties:

• Capture high-quality photos and videos (products, salon activities, client transformations, events)
• Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)
• Assist in planning content ideas in line with brand identity
• Organize and archive media files properly
• Support promotional campaigns and product launches

Requirements

• OND / HND qualification
• 1 – 2 years experience as a Personal Assistant, Content Creator, or Videographer
• Basic videography and video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, or similar tools)
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Ownership of a smartphone or camera with good video quality is an advantage

Salary
N120,000 per month.
