    Payroll Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate general repairs and service of office equipment and appliances
    • Monitor the use of company vehicles.
    • Supervise repairs of all company vehicles
    • Ensure renewal of the maintenance service level agreement for the copier and generator.
    • Ensure payment of rent from tenants and payment of rent for office spaces.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
    • Proven experience in administrative management or a similar role.
    • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask and manage office operations effectively.
