Role Description

As DealHQ Partners expands its transaction advisory footprint across Africa, we are actively building relationships with experienced professionals who have access to deal flow across the continent.

We are particularly interested in individuals who:

• Regularly engage with founders, corporates, or investors
• Sit close to transaction opportunities (M&A, capital raises, restructurings)
• Understand how deals are initiated and developed

This is not a traditional employment role.

It is a flexible partnership opportunity designed for professionals who want to participate in transactions and earn from deals they originate.

What this looks like:

• Introduce transaction opportunities
• Work with our team to structure and execute
• Earn 15–20% of advisory fees on successful deals
