Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM modules (such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and others).
Drive system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Identify gaps, recommend solutions, and document system enhancements or process improvements.
Provide day-to-day functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud.
Develop and maintain reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and other Oracle reporting tools.
Manage data uploads and interfaces using HDL, HSDL, and other data loading methods.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, data security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Stay current with Oracle Cloud release cycles and lead the adoption of relevant features.
Develop user manuals, training materials, and conduct end-user trainings.
Monitor and document system performance and user feedback for continuous improvement.
Stay updated on Oracle Cloud updates and new functionalities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including implementation and production support.
Solid understanding of HR business processes and HRIS best practices.
Experience with data migration tools (HDL/HSDL), Fast Formulas, and Oracle Security Roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
