Job Summary:

We are seeking a technically proficient and results-oriented Head of Technical & IT to lead technical operations, IT infrastructure, and innovation. The successful candidate will manage
nationwide systems, implement AI-driven solutions, and ensure reliable operations while supporting business growth.

Job Objectives and Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee technical operations, IT administration, Email and related functions, including equipment installation, maintenance, quality control, and team training.
• Manage IT systems, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and CRM to ensure data security and system reliability.
• Deploy AI tools for diagnostics, predictive maintenance, reporting automation, and process optimization.
• Prepare technical reports, executive summaries, and compliance documentation.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget while coordinating logistics and tracking KPIs.
• Communicate effectively with clients, train users, and translate complex technical concepts into simple language.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degrees would be an advantage but not strictly necessary).
• 5+ years of experience in technical operations and IT leadership.
• Experience with AI integration and team management.
• Experience with air purification systems is a plus.
• Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills.
