    Customer Care Officer

    Job Summary

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, providing information, conducting surveys, and ensuring smooth communication with clients, customers, and stakeholders.
    • This role requires strong communication, coordination, and data management skills to deliver exceptional customer service and support business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to provide information, gather feedback, and conduct surveys.
    • Maintain accurate records and update communication databases.
    • Coordinate with departments to resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless processes.
    • Enter and analyse communication data, generating reports as needed.
    • Address customer issues professionally, ensuring high satisfaction.
    • Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and core values.
    • Conduct KYC and onboarding of new customers into the buy now and pay later scheme.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND qualification in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
    • Must have completed NYSC.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Smartsheet, and databases.
    • Highly organized, presentable and detail-oriented
    • Demonstrated values of customer focus, respect, integrity, ownership, and empowerment.
