Operations Secretary (Female) at RoyalSec Service Company Limited

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Job Description

• Collating and preparing / typing of security monthly report, client assessment, risk assessment report etc
• Answering phone calls both internally and externally
• Handling operations outgoing and incoming mails
• Preparing circulars and memos
• Giving IT support to the Operations department

Objectives

• Ensure prompt handling of day to day on-site secretarial and administrative activities of the Operations department.
• Reporting of periodic activities of Operations department as submitted by the team.

Requirements

• OND / HND in Managerial / Secretarial Study or relevant field.
• 1-2 years experience working in a security film (Added Advantage)
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc)
• Must be organized and very detailed.
• Must reside around Surulere environs e.g Costain, Yaba, Mushin etc.
• Females Only.
