Site Engineer at HR-on-Wheels

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor construction activities on-site to ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and technical documentation
• Monitor project timelines and assist in ensuring projects are completed within schedule and budget
• Review drawings and resolve technical issues that may arise during construction
• Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field
• 3–5 years' experience in construction site supervision and project execution
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and quality control processes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Professional certification is an added advantage
