    Operations/Project Manager

    Job Description: This role requires you to translate clients’ brief stating project definition, description and KPIs into actionable plan that ensures client satisfaction with the organizations product or service. You are responsible for planning, organizing, executing, reporting and evaluating all of Agency’s product/services. You are to oversee the activities of all regional coordinators on their day to day deliverables ensuring they deliver in line with KPIs on time and in full, across all Projects.

    Specific Responsibilities of the job:

    Prepare and get approval for schedule of activities carefully detailing project timelines for each Briefs received from Client Service. This should detail sequence of activities to ensure successful completion of project.

    • Oversee the assembling of Project team members by project across different locations.

    • Ensuring proper documentation is submitted by all promo staff and also vetting their Guarantor’s forms/Guarantor. All coordinators must be known to the national Coordinator up to their place of residence. Responsible for drawing up contract with promo staff.

    • Responsible for creation of WhatsApp group by activation to ensure prompt reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.

    • Accountable for ensuring all activations are carried out in line with advised budget.

    • Drive full reconciliation of all activations promptly and in Full. Obtain sign offs on all activations.

    • Prepare close out report for all projects in line with set KPIs within agreed timeline.

    • Prepare and coordinate monthly journey plan schedule (for self and reports) to ensure monitoring of all on-going promotions in line with Budget.

    • Occasional travels and weekend jobs when the need arises.

    • Any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

    Requirements

    Required Competencies

    • Excellent Organizational and negotiation Skills

    • Excellent Writing and Communication skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Application

    • Time Management

    • Ability to work effectively under tight constraints

    • Relationship Management/Client Interface

    • A self-starter and ability to work with minimal supervision

    • High attention to details and delivering results on time

    • Ability to drive with valid driver’s license

    Qualification

    • A degree in Marketing, operations or related field.

    • Minimum of 4years experience in operations role, brand activations, events, etc
