RSEPONSIBILTIES

• Coordinating enumerator fieldwork activities.
• Monitoring interview quality and ensuring adherence to data collection protocols.
• Conducting spot checks and reviewing submitted survey data.
• Providin g trou blesh ootin g support to enumerators during fieldwork.
• Supporting the research team in implementing field logistics.
• Responsible for monitoring field activities to prevent anyform of exploitation, harassment, or harm to participants.
• Supervisors must be capable of identifying, documentin g, and promptly reporting any safeguarding concerns or incidents according to theorganization's safeg uard inq procedures.
• Ensuring that safeguard ing and ethical guidelines are followed.
• Supervisors must uphold and ensure that all enumerators ad here strictly to safeg uard ing policies and ethical data collection standards.

REQUIREMENT FOR THE ROLE

• Ideal Candidate should have more extensive experience in field research and team coordination.
• Critical in en Suring adherence to study protocols, supporting enumerators during fieldwork, and maintaining data quality standards.
• More than six (E)years' experience in data collection and supervision of survey teams.
• Oualified young women are Strongly encouraged to apply.
