    Operations Manger

    Responsibilities
    Operational Oversight:

    • Manage daily operations of the firm, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and project deadlines.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow between construction and HR services.
    • Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

    Project Coordination & Execution:

    • Oversee planning and execution of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve project-related issues.
    • Ensure all permits, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements are met for each project.

    HR & Recruitment Support:

    • Work closely with the HR department to manage workforce deployment for construction projects.
    • Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and allocation of skilled labor and technical staff.
    • Ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained to meet project timelines and business demands.

    Vendor & Client Management:

    • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and contract compliance.
    • Negotiate contracts, manage disputes, and oversee vendor performance.

    Budgeting & Resource Management:

    • Assist in the preparation and management of operational budgets for both HR and construction units.
    • Monitor resource allocation, inventory, and procurement to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
    • Generate regular reports on project progress, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

    Compliance & Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
    • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for both on-site and office operations.
    • Maintain operational documentation and ensure audit readiness.

    Team Leadership & Development:

    • Lead, mentor, and supervise operations staff to promote a culture of accountability and performance.
    • Identify training needs and support employee development initiatives.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to align goals, share updates, and foster collaboration.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in operations management.
    • Strong knowledge of construction workflows, HR practices, and regulatory compliance.
    • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite
