Job Summary

As the Operations manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our spa clinic. Ensuring that all business functions are efficiently coordinated and aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role is pivotal in maintaining operational excellence, optimizing processes, and leading a team to achieve the highest service delivery standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the spa clinic to ensure efficiency and high-quality service delivery.
• Manage and lead the spa team, including therapists, receptionists, and support staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and service standards
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of spa products, equipment, and supplies.
• Manage the financial performance of the spa, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth strategies.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and front desk operations to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or a similar role, preferably within a hospital, spa, or related industry.
• Proficient in using operations management software and tools.

Salary 
NGN350,000 – NGN400,000
