Operations Manager, Laundry and Drycleaning at Prixair

About the Role

• Prixair Group is seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Laundry & Dry Cleaning Manager to lead the operations of our professional laundry and dry-cleaning business.
• The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of modern laundry and dry-cleaning processes, excellent operational management skills, and the ability to lead a team that delivers high-quality garment care and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operationsof the laundry and dry-cleaning unit.
• Ensure proper garment handling, washing, stain treatment, drying, and finishingin line with professional standards.
• Supervise and coordinate laundry staff to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery.
• Maintain quality control standardsto prevent garment damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage equipment operation, maintenance, and safety procedures.
• Monitor inventory of detergents, chemicals, packaging materials, and other consumables.
• Implement efficient workflow and turnaround systemsto meet delivery timelines.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Train and develop staff on professional laundry techniques and service standards.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification:Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years’ experiencein a professional laundry and dry-cleaning business, with strong operational exposure.
• Demonstrated experience managing or supervising laundry operations.
• Strong knowledge of fabric care, stain removal techniques, and dry-cleaning processes.
• Ability to manage teams and maintain high service standards.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail.
