Office Assistant at Bookteller Nigeria

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join Bookteller Nigeria's expanding team. OFFICE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sorting and sending mail, SMS, and direct messages
• Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
• Onboarding and Vendors, maintaining customers’ records, and other administrative support tasks

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of SSCE/OND (MALE ONLY)
• A year of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably in customer care service
• Must live within the Ajah axis 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent time management skills
• Paying attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Spreadsheets, etc.)
