Job Summary

• This role offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated nurse to receive comprehensive training in fertility and reproductive health while working towards a future leadership role as Head Nurse.
• We are seeking a compassionate and detail-orientedNurse/Fertility Nurse to provide high-quality patient care while undergoing specialized training in IVF procedures, fertility treatments, and fibroid management. 
• The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to professional growth in reproductive healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
Training & Development:

• Participate in an intensive on-the-job training program covering IVF procedures, fertility treatments, and reproductive health management.
• Work closely with experienced fertility specialists to gain hands-on experience.
• Stay updated on latest advancements in reproductive medicine.

Patient Care & Support:

• Educate and counsel patients on fertility treatments, IVF cycles, and medication protocols.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients throughout their fertility journey.
• Assist in monitoring and administering fertility medications as directed by doctors.
• Ensure strict confidentiality and sensitivity when handling patient information.

Clinical & Laboratory Support:

• Assist doctors during egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and other fertility-related procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile environments for procedures.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment to ensure their well-being.
• Document patient progress and report any concerns to the medical team.

Ethical & Professional Conduct:

• Adhere to strict medical ethics and confidentiality policies.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and team collaboration.
• Educate patients and families on treatment expectations and next steps.

Future Leadership & Growth:

• Demonstrate leadership potential in managing nursing operations.
• Work towards transitioning into a Head Nurse position through mentorship and performance excellence.
• Assist in training new nurses as the team expands.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (experience in gynecology, obstetrics, or fertility care is an advantage).
• Strong interest in fertility nursing, with a commitment to long-term professional growth.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, professional environment with strict adherence to schedules.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: N250,000 - N280,000 monthly. (based on experience).
