    Marketing Manager

    Job Summary

    • The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • This role oversees all marketing operations, including digital marketing, campaigns, content creation, and market research.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Manage digital marketing channels (social media, SEO, email campaigns).
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and opportunities.
    • Oversee creation of marketing materials, content, and brand assets.
    • Manage marketing budgets and track campaign performance.
    • Collaborate with sales, product, and management teams to support business objectives.
    • Analyze ROI and prepare periodic marketing performance reports.
    • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partners where required.

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 5–7 years’ experience in marketing; managerial experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
    • Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
