Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Business Manager to lead and grow our bakery operations. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, manage production planning, coordinate vendors, and supervise staff while ensuring high product quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

• Manage daily bakery operations and workflow
• Drive sales growth and improve overall business performance
• Oversee production planning and inventory management
• Manage vendors and supplier relationships
• Supervise and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
• Ensure consistent product quality and customer satisfaction
• Track expenses, control costs, and support profitability goals
• Implement operational improvements and basic reporting systems

Requirements

• Proven experience in business management, operations, or retail/food services
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic financial and operational planning skills
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
• Residence within IDU, Karimo, Citec, or Life Camp axis (mandatory)
