    Ultrasound Applications Specialist

    Job Summary

    The Ultrasound Applications Specialist will provide clinical applications training, workflow optimisation, and post-sales support for GE ultrasound systems across cardiology, general imaging, and OB/GYN environments. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality on-site and virtual clinical training for GE ultrasound systems.
    • Support the sales team with technical and clinical expertise during product presentations, demos, and evaluations.
    • Conduct post-installation follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction, proper system utilisation, and adoption of advanced features.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GE ultrasound technology, software updates, clinical advancements, and competitive products.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Sonography, Biomedical Science, Nursing, or related clinical field.
    • Additional certification in ultrasound scanning is an advantage.

    Experience:

    • 2–5 years of hands-on scanning experience in cardiac, general imaging, obstetrics & gynecology, or multi-disciplinary ultrasound practice.
    • Previous experience as an applications specialist (GE or competitive brand) is a strong advantage.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Advanced understanding of ultrasound physics, scanning protocols, and clinical workflow.
    • Strong presentation and teaching skills with the ability to train diverse clinician groups.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to travel frequently for trainings, demos, and customer support.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital medical imaging environments (PACS, DICOM, reporting systems).
