Network Operations Manager at Alfred & Victoria Associates

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and executing network projects such as upgrades, expansions, migrations and integration.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, availability and security issues while ensuring compliance with SLAs.
• Manage and supervise a team of network engineers, technicians and administrators while providing guidance and training
• Coordinate with other IT Managers, vendors and stakeholders to align network strategies and business needs.
• You are to develop and enforce network policies and standards while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best policies.
• They recommend network technologies to improve efficiency, reliability and scalability.
• Contribute to design and enhancement of the company’s data center infrastructures.
• Manages outages bridges, compose detailed shift and outage reports to Management.
• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Network Engineering.
• Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account set and network configuration.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years experience.
