Role Overview

• The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, improving and maintaining WordPress websites, ensuring strong front-end design execution, reliable back-end functionality, clean page structures, responsive layouts, strong performance, SEO readiness and smooth integration of required plugins and digital tools.
• This role requires someone who can translate institutional content, design references and business requirements into polished, professional web pages that reflect the standard of serious corporate, investment and development institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customise WordPress websites, themes and templates.
• Build responsive, mobile-first pages using modern UI/UX principles.
• Implement institutional-grade layouts for corporate, investment, education and platform websites.
• Configure and optimise plugins, forms, menus, page builders, CRM integrations and analytics tools.
• Improve website speed, security, SEO structure and technical performance.
• Work with content documents and convert them into developer-ready web pages.
• Maintain consistent design standards across multiple NCDF Group digital platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide fast, practical solutions.
• Support landing pages, investor pages, programme pages, contact forms and data-capture funnels.
• Provide weekly progress reports and maintain clean documentation of completed work.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in WordPress development.
• Good command of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL.
• Experience with Elementor, Gutenberg or similar page builders.
• Ability to customise themes and templates without compromising site performance.
• Understanding of website security, backups, hosting environments and migration.
• Strong front-end design sense and ability to produce clean, professional layouts.
• Experience building corporate, investment, education, NGO, fintech or institutional websites will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and execute with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
