Job Summary:

Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a talented Mixologist to join their rooftop restaurant and lounge. This role involves crafting high-quality cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and creating an unforgettable experience for guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
• Interact with guests to recommend drinks and create personalized cocktail experiences.
• Monitor customer behavior and serve alcohol responsibly.
• Ensure bar safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, liquor, and bartending techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for mixology.
