Mergers and Acquisitions Executive at Human Capital Partners (HCP)

A leading Investment Banking Group in Lagos, Nigeria is seeking to hire a Mergers and Acquisitions Executive to join its Investment Banking Team.

The desired candidate is expected to meet the following requirements:

• Possession of a minimum of a Second Class Upper with a Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, Management or related disciplines from a recognized tertiary institution.
• Possession of a Master’s degree and/or professional membership of related bodies i.e. CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIS is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year specialist Mergers and Acquisition Transaction experience.
• End to end experience in the execution of a leading merger of quoted or unquoted entities in Nigeria or within the international environment.
• Experience in Corporate/Project/Structured Finance, Investment Banking, Deal/Financial Advisory and Due Diligence from a leading Investment Bank.
• Sound communication, presentation and analytical skills.
