Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to oversee our residential development projects.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND qualification in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years' hands-on experience supervising residential housing construction projects.
• Not more than 43 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction sites simultaneously.
• Ability to interpret architectural, structural, M&E, and other construction drawings.
• Good understanding of project costing, budgeting, and cost control.
• Ability to prepare site reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Project). Knowledge of AutoCAD or other construction software is an added advantage.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
• Membership or registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., COREN, NSE, NIOB, or CORBON) will be an added advantage.
