Develop and execute marketing and communications activities that build the organisation’s brand, attract patients and clients, and support business growth.
Responsibilities
Support development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
Manage brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, website and content.
Create marketing collateral, communications and promotional materials.
Coordinate events, health‑awareness campaigns, outreaches and sponsorships.
Manage media, public relations and external communications.
Conduct market research and gather customer and patient feedback to refine offerings.
Track and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Support patient‑experience and customer‑engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with Business Development to support growth objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or a related field, plus completion of NYSC or a valid exemption where applicable.
Minimum of 4–6 years in marketing or communications. Experience in healthcare or services marketing, and with digital marketing and content, is an advantage.
